	IVAN KOZELJ, Vice President
Mr. Kozelj has several decades of profound professional experience in management of many companies. Among others, he was several years General Manager of a medium size company, employing 200 workers. He has started his career as high school professor and continued as technical manager in a chemical company, where he later became an assistant to the general manager. He later became a general manager, president and CEO of various companies. Since then, he has specialized in the field of international financing and economy, where he was active in the field of Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry, Packaging Industry, Automotive Industry, IT Industry, project development and engineering. He has worked with many highly trained teams of experts as well as companies from a few employees to a few thousands of employees. He has lately joined Ekobase Global team as Vice President. Mr. Kozelj graduated at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana.

	TOMAZ GROFF, CEO
Mr. Groff has more than 15 years of experience in the area of management, sales and finance. Mr. Groff is a serial entrepreneur with success in managing and implementing business strategies all over the world. He has transformed several manufacturing and distribution companies from local suppliers into global companies with locations in all major markets. Mr. Groff completed his Business and Finance postgraduate Masters Degree at Ljubljana University, a EFMD– EQUIS and AACSB accredited institution.

	MARIO KRANJAC, CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL
Through his law firm, Kranjac Manuali & Viskovic LLP, Mr. Kranjac acts as general counsel to the Company. Mr. Kranjac advises domestic and international business entities in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, capital raising, securities, asset-based financing, project finance, technology licensing, product distribution, commercial transactions and real estate transactions. Mr. Kranjac is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and Fordham University College of Business Administration. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Kranjac also passed all parts of the Certified Public Accounting Exam.
